Requirements:
1 yr Tractor Trailer experience in 3 yrs
No more than three (3) events in the last three (3) years
No reckless driving, DOT major/serious conviction, improper/erratic lane change or following too closely violations in previous three (3) years
No major preventable accident within the last three(3) years
No record of drug or alcohol related convictions within last 10 years
No record of a conviction of a felony within the last 10 years
No record of dishonesty, disorderly conduct or serious misdemeanors within last 5 yrs
Completed/passed road test
