We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and be proficient in Quickbooks Online accounting software.
Duties:
- Perform data entry to record financial transactions accurately - Assist with technical accounting tasks - Utilize Quickbooks Online software for payroll processing - Support corporate accounting functions - Handle debits and credits accurately Requirements:
- Bilingual (english and spanish) - Previous experience in accounting or related field - Proficiency in Quickbooks Online - Strong in Microsoft Excel - Familiarity with payroll procedures - Knowledge of accounting practices This position offers a great opportunity for growth and development in the field of accounting.
