We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Manager to join our Allstate Insurance office.
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, providing administrative support, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
This role is essential in creating a positive and efficient work environment for our team and maintaining excellent customer service.
Key
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling office correspondence.
Maintain and update customer and policyholder information accurately.
Process insurance applications, claims, and policy changes efficiently.
Office Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively.
Coordinate office resources, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
Team Support:
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Provide support to agents and insurance professionals in the office as needed.
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and insurance needs.
Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
Address customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary.
Record Keeping:
Maintain organized and accurate records of policies, claims, and financial transactions.
Prepare reports and documentation as required by Allstate Insurance policies.
Compliance and Training:
Stay up-to-date with Allstate Insurance policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Provide training and guidance to office staff on compliance and best practices.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous office management or administrative experience is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of insurance industry practices and terminology is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
