Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with various office tasks.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a forwarding office setting and possess strong computer literacy skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members - Manage filing systems and organize documents - Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service - Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials - Support the office manager with various tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse office - Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written -Bilinguial Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.
