To support the growth and operation of the business by performing some administrative functions and assisting the Accounting, HR and Safety departments.
The Admin Clerk will make sure that tasks are prioritized accordingly and ensure effective time management.
Essential Functions:
Accounting Driver Payroll Daily invoicing Follow up with customers to obtain PODs as needed Process drivers' monthly bonus Collection of unbilled accounts Preferred experience/knowledge in POD, BOL, Rate Confirmation.
Safety Process driver new hire paperwork.
Create and maintain driver DQ File, add driver to all platforms and maintain database Run verification of employment for all new hires, respond to VOE request via Tenstreet Driver orientation - provide orientation of Billing/Envelope:
POD, receipts, and HR Benefits Prepare and provide ID Badge, Vest, driver binder with documents Ensure that all HR required forms are completed and signed by driver in Greenshades Process all driver terminations in all platforms Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field preferred, but training is available 3
years' experience in a billing field preferred Excellent computation ability Strong organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Notably Excel Knowledge of TMW Suite preferred Basic computer skills in a windows environment (Excel and Word) Arithmetic skills Willingness to work weekends and holidays Job Type:
