The Administrative Clerk-Northbound attracts potential customers by answering service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
This position is the communication hub between customers, sales reps and operations, their primary job is to solve customer issues, manage customer accounts by proactively monitoring service status and proving data to the sales rep to prevent and anticipate potential disruptions, creates potential leads for sales reps.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Answer calls and emails from customers for any inquiry.
Answer calls and emails from internal sales representatives.
In house support for sales team.
Creates/sends reports to customers on a weekly or monthly basis.
Identifies potential issues with customer accounts.
Creates potential leads for sales representative.
First point of contact between sales rep and customer
Qualifications:
Educational Level:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum 2 Years in customer services/Northbound Specific Skills:
