Summary:
We are seeking a professional Tire Pick up And Delivery Driver to transport tires to and from company warehouses, clients, and various locations.
The ideal candidate should have experience in operating company vehicles and must possess a valid driver s license.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport tires to and from company warehouses, clients, and various locations- Load and unload tires from the delivery vehicle using proper handling techniques- Maintain accurate records of delivered and returned tires- Ensure timely deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure proper maintenance and repair needs are identified and addressed- Follow all traffic and safety regulations to ensure the safety of the public, yourself, and your cargo- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent- Must possess and maintain a valid driver s license- Excellent driving record with no history of accidents or citations- Experience in operating company vehicles- Ability to lift heavy tires weighing up to 75 pounds- Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Ability to pass a drug test and background check is mandatoryWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome all qualified individuals to apply for this position.
