Food Server - MTC (Laredo, TX)
Company Description Job Description It is the Food Server responsibility to assure that each Guest enjoys a great dining experience by creating a personalized environment where each Guest is served with the utmost courtesy and professionalism.
To be personally responsible for all aspects of the Guest dining experience.
Other responsibilities and requirements include, but are not limited to the following:
Duties, Responsibilities & Requirements:
To understand and practice all MTC policies, procedures and regulations; To be certified by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission to sell alcohol; To act as a role model to co-workers by displaying a high level of professionalism, honesty and integrity; To always look your best and have a warm and friendly smile when greeting your Guests; To anticipate all the possible needs of your Guest.
Satisfying the Guests' needs before they ask.
For example, always refilling drinks before the Guest asks, or calling a cab, etc.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
