Responsibilities: Position will:
- Oversee the day to day intermodal traffic and dispatch operation
- Perform real time computer entry of all dispatch events, check calls with carriers to insure delivery and pick up per appt
- Work with Customer Service and RSC Manager to solicit freight from customers
- Manage the dispatch of loads to Partner Carriers in Mexico and USA
- Will manage equipment pools in Mexico and improve utilization of assets
- Must be comfortable telemarketing and performing in-person sales calls to develop relationships
- OTR Dispatch Background very essential
- Maintain constant communication with Pricing Team on new lanes/rates
- Work in resolution of Customs Clearance of loads in/out of Mexico and USA

- Experience in the Mexico Drayage transportation industry with at leastthree years in operations and dispatch.
- Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Must be computer literate and have basic to intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and recall past information
- Must be able to communicate with Customers / MX Carriers / Customs Brokers /Rail Roads.
- Familiarity with weight laws, DOT regulations and BIT program requirements
Source:Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
