We put that same level of detail into everything we do from selecting state of the art dental equipment, such as the Solea Dental Laser, to our video game room for the kids, to the people we hire.

Please note that for the convenience of our patients, we are open on Saturdays.
Duties:
Answering the office phone and distributing calls or messages accordingly.
Coordinating and communicating patient's arrival.
Maintaining office records.
Following office procedures for patient referrals and scheduling of office appointments.
Verify insurance coverage for the planned treatment.
Collect payment from patients and reconciles daily cash report.
Treatment Coordination.
Administrative scheduling and appointment management.
Required:
Minimum High School Diploma.
- Previous knowledge of dental, highly desired.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Manage office workflow, including answering phones, emails, faxes, and face to face contact.
Able to present treatment plans and assist in educating patient or responsible party.
Outstanding organizational skills and time management.
Excellent team player.
Professional appearance.
