Summary:
As an Office Assistant / Data Entry Specialist at our oil field equipment supply company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative and data management functions.
Responsibilities:
Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, entering information into spreadsheets, databases, and other software systems.
Maintain and update inventory records, including stock levels, product descriptions, and pricing information.
Assist in maintaining electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents and records.
Assist in general office tasks, such as answering phones, handling mail, and coordinating office supplies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong typing skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
