What we're looking for:
The Warehouse Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in bridging communication between the warehouse and its customers.
Whether by phone, in person, or in writing, your clear communication, sense of urgency and problem-solving skills will be critical for our business to succeed.
What you'll do (including, but not limited to):
Provide exceptional support to our customers and our associates.
Update and maintain records in our computer database.
Review and document data as it relates to USDA requirements and processes.
Answer phone calls and emails regarding product and delivery issues.
Provide administrative support to the Department.
Other tasks and responsibilities as needed.
What you'll bring to the role:
High School Diploma or equivalent education.
Must be 18 years or older.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized.
Good attendance record and a good work ethic.
Comfortable working in colder temperatures while wearing personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
