The Surgery Center's leadership team is seeking a passionate leader to proactively communicate and mentor staff members in a positive environment.
The Director of Nursing will be responsible for managing quality improvement projects, maintaining risk management as well as providing continued guidance and training of Surgical Nurses, OR Technicians and office staff.
The Outpatient Surgery Center Nurse Director will directly report to the CEO and collaborate on decision making, strategy, and be an advocate for quality and safety.
The ideal candidate will have previous successful nurse leadership and clinical Operating Room experience.
