In the same way, carry out in a timely and correct manner the systematic dispatch and/or deregistration of vehicles, as well as the updated maintenance of the BI Yard dashboard as far as exits and departures are concerned.
- Ensure correct filling of interchanges for empty and/or direct inbound vehicles, filled by the operator bringing the vehicle.
- Register and deregister vehicles in the Cash Register system of warehouse 2 and type of operation that corresponds to used or new batteries.
- Taking photographs and recording of evidence of entry and exit of boxes in the ERECAP system Ensure the taking of photographs and record in ERECAP (4 in total) the exit of the loaded boxes showing the box number and stamp.
As well as safeguarding the information of the operator who is removing the box.
- Perform daily inventory of boxes in the yard, maintaining 100% reliability levels through the review and control of casualties, while reflecting the correct numbers in the BI Yard dashboard.
- Manage with agility, proactivity and a sense of urgency, the flow of entry and exit in the shed for high volumes.
- Provide support to booth B1 when required and vice versa.
- Keep the status of damaged boxes updated and report them to the traffic team in a timely manner.
- Fill out incident reports when damage occurs by a third party and report immediately to your team leader for registration.
- Constant communication during the operation shift with warehouse supervisors and reception team for the correct entry and assignment of doors, generating information so that the administration of the yard and walk is punctual and timely.
- Frequency radio and e-mail management to efficiently respond to requests from Supervisors and Management.
- Have excellent communication with drivers, negotiating and controlling possible situations and conflicts, correctly managing the control of appointments and resolving conflicts that may arise.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area (indoor and outdoor).
- Reporting incidents in the yard such as blows to equipment or incidents that occur in our facilities (e.
g.
damage to access control pens) and requesting waiting time from the operator to have the presence of a supervisor.
- Direct report to Warehouse Supervisor 2.
