ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Do Work Order, Arrival Notice and/or Bill of Lading when necessary.
Keep control of Receiving and Shipping work orders to ensure that work is completed in a timely manner.

If a work order is not received back in a reasonable time, follow up should take place.
Handle Distribution and maintain client informed of status.
Responsible for accurate inventory keeping.
Work with warehouse staff to perform regular inventory audits in the form of cycle counts and physical inventories.
Update Clients' information/profile sheets as needed.
Schedule appointments Maintain open communication with customers via email and telephone MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Training & Experience):

and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS:
(If license(s) or certification(s) is required to practice a trade or profession, you must attach a copy.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of part numbers and part usage and understand applications for use.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to take and follow directions from supervisor.
Ability to give directions to and gain compliance from assigned staff.
Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
Ability to maintain good planning and organizational skills.
Ability to use computer hardware, various software programs and technologies, including word processing and spreadsheet programs.
Ability to maintain good health and physical condition sufficient to permit the full performance of the duties of the position.
Ability to maintain a good and positive working relationship with all co-workers and other contacts.
Required to comply with all JAMCO's policies and procedures.
Ability to follow all rules of telephone courtesy in all telephone communications PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed inside an office working closely with others and alone with light traveling required.
Work involves rotating shifts and working extended workdays outside the regular working hours and on-call status; Work requires simple grasping, standing, sitting, climbing stairs and ladders, walking, carrying up to 15 pounds, and light lifting under 24 pounds.
Ability to see, write, count, read, identify shade of colors, and hearing is needed to perform essential functions.
