S Customhouse Broker team.
Traffic/Accounting Clerk responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling customer accounts and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to undertake a variety of accounting tasks with attention to detail and safety.
Responsibilities Manage customer's account with regard to their needs.
Prepare invoices in ABI Suite, confirm reception, and follow up.
Prepare weekly billing reports or any AR reports as requested by the clients.
Provide support to the Finance Department when needed Provide accounting and clerical support to the Finance Department when needed Skills Proven experience as an accounting clerk or traffic clerk at US Broker/Forwarder/Warehouse or comparable industry.
Excellent knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
Hands-on experience with Quick books or ABI Suite is recommended but not required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
