The Accounting Clerk will assist in preparing statements and maintaining records.
Experience with QuickBooks is required and previous experience working in an organization with multiple departments is a plus.
We are looking for an Accounting Clerk who can work independently, is detail oriented and has excellent organization skills.
Responsibilities:
Take phone messages for staff.
Answer phones.
Pull reports for staff.
Deliver mail and messages for staff.
Keep track of office supplies.
Answer questions from customers and employees.
Track invoices from vendors and write checks to pay them.
Help with the payroll.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
