Responsibilities:
Collect and index paperwork to maintain organized and easily accessible records.
Provide administrative support to the accounting department.
Assist with Mexico/Laredo Carrier Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
Offer assistance with Mexico/Laredo Invoicing tasks.
Support Mexico Accounts Receivable (AR) and collection efforts.
Provide support for Laredo Vendor Accounts Payable (AP).
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Preferred
Qualifications:
1-3 years of general accounting experience, particularly in the logistics industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
