Description Assist in developing private label products to drive sales, increase margin, and take market share Assist in working with buying team to understand buyer s product needs, set a time and action calendar, and execute delivery Works with Production Team and vendors on open orders to insure on time delivery Assist with follow-up with Quality Assurance, Vendor Compliance and Logistics on any open issues Insures all art work is signed off by Vendor Compliance, Quality Assurance, Brand Development, Brand Manager, Buyer, Specialist, and Director Assist in maintaining detailed product packages within WebPDM Assist in Comp Shops to ensure price competitiveness, trend and packaging opportunities Assures suppliers conform to established product and delivery standards Coordinates labels and packaging with suppliers and vendors, maintains trim cards Maintains all records and files:
communication, product specification, fabric, QC, etc.
Maintains landed cost spreadsheets Maintains purchase records:
worksheets, PO s, spreadsheets, etc.
Secures samples and maintains sample library:
pre-production, counter, and advertising Prepares pre-class sheets and samples for U.
S.
Customs Develops technical knowledge of related product categories:
construction, fabrications, fit etc.
Decisions that are involved in this job include but are not limited to:
Lab dip approvals/rejections Garment spec approvals/ rejections, includes making decisions on Fit approvals/rejections; includes FW size approval/rejections; includes Hardlines spec approval/rejections Garment construction approvals/rejections Fabric and raw material approval/rejections which include handlooms and knit down approval/rejections; hardware approval/rejections Garment/FW/HG/accessory Trim & findings approval/rejections Garment, Footwear or Hardlines Design approval/rejections Artwork Design approval/rejections Packaging & Labeling approval/rejections Testing approvals / rejections (reviewing and approving test reports from overseas) Pre-production sample approval/rejection Production sample approval/rejection Duties may change and associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Associate s degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience At least one year of related work experience Interpersonal, product development, negotiation, problem solving, decision-making, organization, prioritization skills Ability to travel overnight domestically and internationally Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties Communication effective listening, speaking, and writing (Sports Marketing, Retail) Source:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
