The Quality Control Inspector will monitor repair operations and ensure products and services are meeting the quality assurance program, customer requirements, engineering specifications and appropriate industry / regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
In addition, you will:

Verify and inspect raw materials, finished products, and vendor processes per drawing, Engineering BOM and customer's requirements and industries standards :
Interface and coordinate with customer's representative for material hold point inspections :
Control and maintain all quality related documents for its retention period :
Perform quality inspection for product and services done at suppliers, ensure suppliers are performing per engineering specifications and comply with all quality assurance procedures :
Use measuring instruments for in:
process inspection, ensure all measuring equipment used in the shop are working per its specific requirement :
Schedule and calibrate measuring and test equipment, ensure all measuring and test equipment are performing to its intended requirements :
Perform first article inspection as required per manufacturing process plan :
Perform other quality related activities assigned by Quality control supervisor Qualifications/Requirements:

High School Diploma / GED :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the oil field environment ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Ability and willingness to work various shifts with differing hours, as required Additional Eligibility
